ORDERING OPTIONS
Our products are made from rich gourmet chocolate with FDA approved food coloring. Chocolate is available in Milk or Dark and is Certified Kosher.

We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express and Personal Checks.
All phone orders must be confirmed in writing by e-mail or fax.

PRODUCTION TIME
Allow 7-15 working days. Time starts when photos/artwork is received and payment terms are approved. We recommend allowing at least 10 working days for orders over 200 pieces and allowing at least 4 weeks production time prior to busy holiday seasons. For orders over 1000 pieces call for production time estimates.
PHOTO/IMAGE REQUIREMENTS
Photos/Artwork can be e-mailed to orders@fotosweets.com or mailed to 16 Hale Avenue, Hooksett, NH 03106.
Pictures must be in a JPEG or TIF format with a recommended resolution of 300 DPI.
SETUP CHARGES
Setup Charges are $25.00 per image, per order unless otherwise noted.
An additional setup charge of $1.00 per piece will be applied for personalized table cards (guests name and table #)
SHIPPING
Prices do not include shipping. All orders are shipped via Fedex or UPS.
FotoSweets will determine the safest, most economical shipping method (based on weather and location) to ensure your order is received in perfect condition. Chocolates shipped during warm months and/or to warm climates will be shipped with cold packs. An additional charge of $10.00 per shipment will be added to orders requiring cold packs. CANCELLATION, REFUND, EXCHANGE POLICY
No returns or exchanges. Cancelled orders will be billed for all work performed to point of cancellation plus $20.
OUR GUARANTEE
We make every effort to reproduce and match the quality of the original images we recieve. FDA approved food coloring are limited slightly in some of their color reproduction qualities, therefore, we can not always guarantee exact tone matches. Our refund policy is limited to replace items damaged in transit. |
